Gentle touch. Deep relaxation. Personalized care.

Craniosacral Therapy, also known as CST, is a gentle form of bodywork that uses light, attentive touch to help the body relax and release patterns of tension.

Unlike traditional massage, CST does not use deep pressure or vigorous movements. You’ll remain comfortably clothed while resting on a massage table as Carol works gently around areas such as the head, neck, spine, and sacrum.

Beauty Begins With the Bones

Carol’s Journey to Craniosacral Therapy

A personal experience that became a professional calling

Carol first discovered Craniosacral Therapy after experiencing whiplash and headaches following a car accident. A massage therapist used Craniosacral Therapy and an occipital base release during her treatment, inspiring Carol to learn more about the practice.

She returned to school to become a licensed massage therapist and began studying Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute in 2018. She has since completed four levels of advanced CST training.

Her approach combines professional education with the gentle touch, careful listening, and one-on-one attention that have shaped her work throughout more than 30 years in the beauty and wellness industry.

Carol’s philosophy is rooted in the connection between relaxation, wellness, and how we feel within ourselves.

She may incorporate gentle cranial, scalp, and facial work into qualifying personalized service packages. Each experience is thoughtfully planned during your consultation and adapted to your individual comfort and preferences.
