Hi, I’m Carol, founder of Beauty & Wellness AVL and RelaxRewindRebootU, LLC.

For more than 30 years, I’ve been devoted to helping people look and feel their best through personalized beauty care, wellness services, and genuine human connection. As both a licensed cosmetologist and a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, I bring professional expertise and a compassionate, attentive approach directly to my clients’ homes.

I’m especially passionate about serving people who may have difficulty traveling, are preparing for or recovering from surgery, need additional support, or simply feel more comfortable receiving care in familiar surroundings.

Whether I’m providing a precision haircut, a restorative scalp treatment, craniosacral therapy, or helping someone prepare a peaceful recovery space, my goal is always the same: to help each person feel seen, heard, supported, and cared for.

After dreaming of moving to Western North Carolina for nearly two decades, I’m grateful to now call Asheville home and to offer these services to my new community.
